After a suggestion from Abhishek, I have done the first draft of a website to help us manage our e meetings, recordings, and resource material.
The first idea is that we have one place where we can see the meeting and the links, to them which are often lost.

In line with our Slow knowledge theme, we also added other items like Video recordings, PPTs, Full Books, Curated Conversation threads.  Following Suggestions from some

Most important, we thought that it should be a collective effort.

[10:27, 03/07/2020] Abishek Thakor: Hi John! Would you know any site that can list events for free? There is an opportunity given so many webinars are happening
to have a site where they're all listed
it can be a co-op open source effort
[10:36, 03/07/2020] John DSouza: Sure we can host it in our Blue host space...
Who will set up the sites
The idea should be that even after the event, if it is public content, it should be available as a link. I can host the edited video as well. We can do it as CED BRM media labs
 Abishek Thakor: ya
 makes sense
lemme sound that idea - what do you think isthe coding needed
John DSouza: Just install any CMS like WordPress or jhoomla. I have found that the big boys tend to block dates for recurring events so the calender looks crowded. So my suggestion is they can give a pix, and subject, person, time, and link and meeting if. And order the listing on the centre, by date of event.

 Abishek Thakor: looks good
how does one add
(in CED internal)
John DSouza: You should just login. Before that read about us.   Use the format. I can make people author.. and they can enter after logging in.
rajani: Looks good. But the important thing is how do the youngsters respond ?
John DSouza: Actually I started it at the suggestion of Abhishek. I just sent them the link..
rajani: I meant how the youngsters respond to this 'look'
John DSouza: I am not good at presentation.. The look and feel and structure is changeable, as it is in Joomla.. Any suggestions?
(in BRM media labs/Fools forum)
John DSouza: On abhishek's suggestion I have started a emeets CMS, which will keep a track of the netmeets and then also keep the links to video recordings, and an edit of the chat.. Please check the website. and then I can give you a user account, to allow you to add, edit or manage the website... http://www.emeets.lnwr.in/joomla30/
John DSouza: I have done this website in Joomla. I think we can register a separate domain with a more attractive line.. Also Since it has been done in Joomla, we can always change the look and feel, and even the structure.. Further each section/category can be sub-divided when we get more people adding on... anyone willing to take this up.  Since taking up the whole project is a big task, I am open to any of you guys going directly to the site and making incremental changes, add pix, changing fonts, menues etc.  Just give me a shout.. And I will add you as user, with requisite rights..
So, NOTHING IN THIS IS FINAL, we can evolve it as we go along. But the trick is for it to be a truly cooperative effort.
As we add entries, we can sub-classify and increase subcategories, threads etc.  The idea is not to surplant any existing website, nor become any portal of any sort.  It is just a way of keeping track. So all you have to do, is give links if the content is there somewhere else. even your drop-box. For example if you have a lot of entries, or have a calender, webpage or you tube channel on any sub-topic you can just enter the link yourself.  We will make each of you authors, and/or editor, Further, we can change the author name to your organ . You have to send me Name in which you want the articles to go under, and your email ID, and for the what apps group.
I am sending this out to a few whom I know are in our circle and active on the net-meet  and content/documentation scene, please also suggestion on the look and feel. We can keep adding to this group. And we can be open to suggestions..
