We will now look at how democratically controlled companies differ from ‘normal’ businesses. There are three key elements to economic democracy,
1. The rights to information about the company
2. The right to take part in decisions about the business and the ability to vote out leaders
3. The right to a share in the wealth generated by everyone in the company.
