If Government is of a political party then it would follow party thinking and listen to people. But we know that the current Modi government is run by big companies,. When govt is run by companies, thewy will not listen, they are financial exigencies, their HR and CEO. Till there is Company Raj, any government will not believe in dialogue. There are two or three companies at this time, like Adani, Ambani like these who are profiting from these policies.
