Supreme Court of India advocate J Sai Deepak’s trilogy India that is Bharat: Coloniality, Civilisation, Constitution is being discussed by Swarajya's editorial director R Jagannathan with the author.

seeks to  change our understanding of religion, caste or jati/varna, nature and development, education systems including native knowledge traditions, languages and legal system. Referring to pop culture, Sai says that European coloniality is like the matrix — one just needs to become aware of it, after which it is impossible to unsee it, especially in matters of religion, polity, education, economics and the law. lens to separate  Indic consciousness from European or rather Christian coloniality.

Roots of modern political concepts related to Christianity.

Dealing with Coloniality v/s understanding Civilisation in all its aspects, and doing somethin gabout it.  Start with  accepting colonial consciousness, but removing layers of this consciousness is a simultaneous process with aspects relating to civilisation will become clearer.

Decoloniality is not a cause for celebration of eternal victimhood.  It is also not an attempt to bring back the past in all its glory. If you believe that history has had some value, and that society cannot be reduced to say caste sati, etc, you have to draw from the repository of tradition tin active policy and law making. (not tokenism and symbolism)

Use Sankrit words instead of the English translation for basic concepts.. Dharma for Religion Hindu religion,  Sampraday: for  indic religious institutions,

What was the goals to which the entire infrastructure of institutions set up under the Consitution was geared towards? It was .. Christian secular establishment not just secular establishment.
