SC ने अपने आदेश में कहा - Teesta Setalvad गवाहों को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश ना करें | Kanoon Ki Baat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3k2ka0iEe8 NDTV India सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ (Teesta Setalvad) की जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई की. तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ (Teesta Setalvad) को बड़ी राहत मिल गई. उन्हें सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जमानत दे दी. गुजरात हाईकोर्ट का फैसला रद्द कर दिया गया. हाईकोर्ट ने एक जुलाई को जमानत याचिका खारिज कर तुरंत सरेंडर करने को कहा था.

On the other hand, the judge observes that a prima facie case under Section 194 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. The findings are totally contradictory, to say the least.” ...“Our limited understanding of law [tells us] that the factors that should be considered at the stage of the grant of bail are prima facie case, the possibility of the accused tampering with evidence or influencing witnesses, and fleeing away from the ends of justice. Other considerations include the gravity and seriousness of the offence. If the observations of the judge are to be accepted, then no bail application at the pre-trial stage could be entertained unless the accused has filed an application for quashing the proceedings under Section 482 CrPC or moved the high court or the Supreme Court under Articles 226 and 32. To say the least, the findings are totally perverse.”...

The bench also seemed critical of the adverse observations made by the Supreme Court in the Zakia Jafri case against Teesta, which formed the foundation for the Gujarat police FIR. Principle of natural justice is a fundamental tenet of rule of law, said Justice Gavai, after noting that Teesta Setalvad was not heard in the Zakia Jafri case, after the State of Gujarat objected to her locus standi.

Ravish Kumar Official असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा को अचानक याद आया है कि भारत और इंडिया में सभ्यता का संघर्ष है। ये अभी ताज़ा-ताज़ा हुआ है। विपक्ष के नाम के सार-संक्षेप एक्रोनिम INDIA की घोषणा के बाद। इस सामूहिक विपक्ष को लेकर भाजपा उतनी चिंतित नहीं लग रही जितनी इस नाम को लेकर लग रही है। असम के मुख्यमंत्री ही नहीं, प्रधान मंत्री भी INDIA के जवाब में 25 साल पुराने NDA को नया फ़ुलफ़ॉर्म देते दिखाए दिए। NDA की बैठक में उन्होंने कहा है कि जनता जान रही है कि वो कौन सा गोंद है जिसके कारण विपक्ष एक हो रहा है। क्या प्रधानमंत्री भूल जाते हैं कि चुनी हुई सरकारों को तोड़ने के लिए उनकी ख़ुद की पार्टी में परिवारवाद और भ्रष्टाचार से जुड़े नाम शामिल हो चुके हैं? अगर प्रधानमंत्री एक प्रेस कॉन्फ़्रेन्स कर लेते तो इस बात का जवाब मिल जाता।
