https://www.nic.in/blogs/understanding-low-code-no-code-lcnc-platforms/ Low-code and no-code development platforms are tools for people who either do not know how to code or have no time to code. Whereas these low-code and no-code frameworks are built on actual coding languages like PHP, Python, and Java, end users are not concerned with the specifics. Instead, they are given visual software development environments where they can drag and drop program components, link them, and watch what occurs. In effect, it may be utilized as a familiar wizard-style paradigm to build, test, and even deploy apps that are totally focused on simplicity of use.
The evolution of software has been happening from application to MIS to Productization to Platforms to Ecosystem level due to their open-ness, standardization, scalability etc. needing on-the-fly configurability of Platform to interface & exchange information/data with authorized companion systems to survive & compete. In such a scenario, LCNC platform approach for architecture would have better chance to survive, as it is likely to have more functional resilience, than the one which are highly hard-coded.

Earlier circular dated 13th June
You too can use VPN!
A Learning-by-Doing sessiand exami. on to be led by Enthusiast and self-taught IRFAN.. Installing, and analysis of data, surveillance and access issues that come up. We will try both a local vpn and remote VPN
Workshop: on Friday 17th, (now Monday 20th) at 11 am. at CED Mumbai Through till at least 4 pm.. later perhaps.
This is part of effort by CED to energise a coop. labs space for media, information and communication

Please however register with John. Some of you have already indicated your interested may reconfirm through reply mode..
Some of the questions we will explore is:
1. What is VPN? Virtual Private Network.. How do I set one up? How I can access content blocked in my geography using a remote (hidden IP).
2. The government is making legislation to regulate VPNs so that they preserve user data for five years.. So will be forced to use non- local servers.
3. Even so can the data exchange be encrypted? what protection is provides.
4. Can we work together on this? Set-up on VPN for our meetings? without having our data on the central zoom or google server? Volunteer group to host/support hybrid meetings using this method, and popularise it in different networks?
Some project ideas, which young coders, techie minded activist can take up:
Build up a local Bulletin Board for local news, information, services (LOCAL can mean a colony, an organisation, a single interest group like organic home garden group, organic farmers-consumers coop.
Perhaps a car polling network..
A truely local meeting in hyrbid mode hosted in local server rather than
A local film appreciation group, using hybrid meeting club. Storage and sharing of Videos,
A Local Exchange and Trading System. - Barter your work for services or goods.
Retro Review - Computer Bulletin Board ( BBS ) Systems https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWdr4zeE3JU
Dec 25, 2015 BBS systems! Computer Bulletin Boards are the precursor for social media. Many were run by hobbyists like myself and were free to access. But accessing them required using a phone line, and most BBS systems could only support one user at a time.
But most BBS systems had what most modern websites have today: messageboards, email, file sharing, even games.
