The Congress has alleged that wherever Prime Minister Modi goes on a foreign tour, Adani gets work contracts. Now in this case, Scroll journalists Supriya Sharma and Ayush Tiwari have reported that such a pattern is being seen that Adani gets a deal in that country some time after the Prime Minister's visit. Shri Girish Jalihal in Reporters Collective has reported that such tenders for power supply have been issued in Rajasthan and Maharashtra which are directly for the benefit of the Adani Group and the group has already received or is going to receive it. And the conditions were set in such a way that ultimately Adani Group got the maximum benefit. The conditions were set according to the power generation capacity and plan of Adani Group. The conditions were such that the competition to get the title of power supplier would be greatly reduced. Adani Group could easily become a power supplier.

In a defamation case against Paranjoy Thakurta, a court has order, issued on September 6, directed the removal of defamatory content from their respective articles and social media posts within five days. Based on this, The ministry of information and broadcasting (MIB) on Tuesday issued takedown notices to 13 digital news publishers on YouTube and Instagram for disseminating defamatory content related to Adani Enterprises Ltd.The ministry’s order names journalists, media houses, and creators — including Newslaundry, Ravish Kumar, Dhruv Rathee, The Wire, HW News Network, and Aakash Banerjee’s The Deshbhakt — who have received a list of 138 YouTube video URLs and 83 Instagram links to be taken down.
